What is Fright Fest?
Fright Fest is a safe and controlled trick-or-treating event hosted by the Sherman Police Department. The event has been held annually since 2001 and draws up to 3000 people each year.
The event consists of many vendors (local businesses, churches, and organizations) setting up booths to hand out candy to Trick-or-Treaters.
Vendors are welcome to advertise their organization in any way they choose, but vendors are prohibited from selling any items.
Vendors are encouraged to be as creative and elaborate as they wish regarding their booth. The “Cindy Carr Spooky Booth Award” will be given to the vendor with the best display.
